Climate change inevitably and more and more noticeably has a major impact on every sphere of life of people all over the world. It is therefore vital to improve our knowledge of our planet’s climate system and the disruptions taking place. This will allow us to assess potential consequences for our environment and to limit the negative impact of human behavior on climate. With this understanding, the BNP Paribas Foundation develops its dedicated Climate Initiative program since 2010. It aims at supporting research on climate change and sharing the latest data with wider audience in order to raise climate change awareness.
