ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Ø Assure the transmission of information to the people or departments concerned ;
Ø Manage the registration, follow up, distribution and/ or posting of mails ;
Ø Write letters or e-mails ;
Ø Input or register data in the appropriate document or software;
Ø Answer, process and/ or transfer telephone calls ;
Ø Organize meetings and/ or travels ;
Ø Organize and maintain documents filing and archiving ;
Ø Record and assure the traceability of documents ;
Ø Duplicate documents ;
Ø Receive and/ or direct interlocutors;
Ø Organize appointments and their follow up;
Ø Prepare and format documents and/ or presentations;
Ø Making available office supplies and consumables currents;
Ø Organize archive of documents/scans;
Ø Complete various forms/documents for Financial and Administrative department.
Key competences:
- Proficient in English (French is an asset);
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Accuracy and attention in details;
- Organized and responsible person;
- Team spirit;
- Multitasking work.
