We are now opening doors for an exciting opportunity in Sofia, as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.

Job scope:

  • You will be engaged with hiring talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, across different business areas within HPE for the French market. You will manage the beginning to end staffing process within the sub-region; you will support implementation of sourcing strategies, screen candidates, provide a short list of candidates, coordinate interviews, create offer letters, and facilitate relocation.
  • You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to plan and implement university recruitment projects and initiatives in France, as well as other countries in the region, in order to achieve hiring targets
  • You will interact with hiring managers within the business and sub-region, you will consult business leaders on the hiring process and develop strategic sourcing and attraction plans to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates
  • You will identify and implement key sourcing and screening strategies, using expert knowledge of labor market, competition, external and internal talent, and target universities. You will drive achievement of the hiring targets for their sub- region, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • You will establish relationships with vendors to meet the needs of the staffing plan, you will provide support on hiring initiatives where there is staffing impact and you will develop expertise in one or more of the key areas within staffing and recruiting.

You will be successful if you:

  • Have 3 years previous experience in recruitment (experience with international projects is an advantage)
  • Have experience in recruitment
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Are passionate about early career and university recruitment and love working in an international team
  • Have end-to-end recruitment cycle experience: from the manager job briefing through to negotiating the offer and ensuring smooth on-boarding of new hires
  • Have knowledge of French labor law, recruitment market practices and trends
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Independent work style, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar in using social networking tools for recruitment on a daily basis e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Familiar with local HR procedures and legal requirements in France
  • Knowledge about Universities and education system in France
  • Experience with Active Sourcing Strategies through LinkedIn
  • Are able to manage an average workload of 30+ vacancies and are experienced with web-based applicant tracking tools
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast paced and complex international organization
  • Are able to prioritize based on targets and key focus areas
  • Have fluent French and English language skills, both verbal and written
