ROUGH CONSTRUCTION STAGE OF A MOST EMBLEMATIC NEW OFFICE BUILDING IN SOFIA – PARK LANE OFFICE CENTER, COMPLETES AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

Sofia, 30 July 2020. A special traditional ceremony marked the end of the rough construction of one of the most emblematic and modern office buildings in Sofia. Park Lane Office Center welcomed its first guests two months ahead of schedule, offering them a remarkable view of Mount Vitosha. Mrs. Tanya Koseva-Boshova, managing partner of Park Lane Developments, Mr. Christo Iliev, founder and owner of AG Capital, investor in the project, as well as Mr. Nikolay Chomakovski, executive director of the general contractor company Pipe System, many guests and partners attended the ceremony.

“This day is of great importance for the investors and partners in the project Park Lane Office Center. It shows in progress the successful development and safety of the project and serves as a positive example of the development of the real estate market in Bulgaria despite the complex nature of the situation that we are currently in”, Mrs. Tanya Koseva-Boshova said at the ceremony. “We are happy that we were very fast to meet the requirements for a healthy environment and to design innovative building systems which are essential for providing a safe and healthy working environment for our tenants”, she added.

Park Lane Office Center has introduced UV disinfection filters in the air ventilation system that eliminate more than 97% of viruses and bacteria in the air and 99% of them on surfaces. Other features that ensure a healthy and safe environment in the building include touchless access - touchless elevators with destination control; automated car barriers with vehicle license plate recognition system; touchless tabs and soap dispensers in sanitary rooms. Of great significance is also the large reception area with many access points, as well as the 7 large high-speed elevators of the Schindler brand with capacity for 21 people per lift.

The modern Park Lane Office Center is located in one of the fastest developing areas in Sofia – Hladilnika. The region stands out with benefits including underground and ground transport, a large shopping center, two green city parks, good hospitals, private schools, kindergartens, and sports centers.

The start of active construction of the modern Park Lane Office Center began in June 2019 and is expected to be fully completed in mid-2021. The building has a size of 23,500 square meters, situated on 11 floors above the ground and 2 underground levels.

The major shareholder in the project is Park Lane Developments – a joint venture of the leading real estate holding company in Bulgaria – AG Capital, and the managing director Tanya Koseva-Boshova. A financial investor in the office project is entrepreneur Dilyan Pavlov – co-founder of Dynamo Software.
