DGKV advised Bulsatcom UH Holdco Limited
DGKV advised the administrators and senior secured lenders of Bulsatcom UH Holdco Limited on the sale of the largest TV satellite distributor in Bulgaria, Bulsatcom EOOD, to Viva Corporate Bulgaria EOOD. The sale marked the successful completion of the restructuring of Bulsatcom Group made by its senior secured lenders, who took control of the group in August 2019. The senior lenders of Bulsatcom Group included the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bulgarian Development Bank and certain funds managed by Blantyre Capital, BlackRock and Integral Venture Capital Sarl. The administrators of Bulsatcom UH Holdco Limited were of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP. DGKV’s team was led by partner Georgi Tzvetkov and counsel Gergana Monovska.
