See the secret gardens of Lozenets
At the end of the summer, one of the exclusive projects in the portfolio of our member Unique Estates got Act 16!
The building acquires an elegant finished look and they will be happy to show it to you live and walk you through the beautiful gardens of the complex.

THE COMPLEX
The project embodies the philosophy of creating a different residential building in the heart of the capital. The complex is located in an area with richly landscaped streets and beautiful residential buildings, which glorify it as the "green pearl of Sofia". The distinctive feature of the complex are the magnificent gardens, which create a feeling of space and timelessness.
Designed in a luxurious but unobtrusive style, the gated complex is designed with the idea to create an atmosphere of tranquility and exquisite luxury amidst greenery. The project is home to 1942 green plants: 89 different species of coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs, lianas, flowers and ornamental grasses. In accordance with the tradition and values of the neighborhood, the complex is built on the highest point in Lozenets.
