Deloitte Legal is pleased to invite you to participate in a seminar on "Personal Data Protection in Clinical Trials" which will be held on 23 February (Thursday), 10:00 - 13:00 in a hybrid format. 

The topics to be discussed will be: 

  • Interplay between the Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Determination of the figures of 'controller' and 'processor' in the conduct of clinical trials
  • Determination of the legal basis for processing personal data
  • Practical guidance on data protection in clinical trials - informing subjects, exercising rights, safeguards, etc.
  • Cross-border specificities and scope of application osf the GDPR
  • New challenges: protection of personal data when using artificial intelligence and modern technologies

Participation fee: 80 EUR for on-site / 60 EUR for online participation. 
For two or more participants from the same company, a 10% discount on each participant's fee is provided (prices are exclusive of VAT).
