Deloitte Bulgaria is pleased to invite you to participate in a tax seminar on "Transfer pricing and current court practice", which will be held on April 6 (Thursday), from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Hyatt Hotel (Vasil Levski Square, Sofia).

Topics of discussion will be: 

- Transfer pricing ("TP") compliance

  • Deadlines for preparation of the documentation
  • Content of the TP documentation
  • Use of segmented profit level indicators in the analysis of related party transactions

- Use of global TP analysis to mitigate potential risks in Bulgaria
- Preparation of Benefit test for intercompany services
- Tax litigation
