DGKV advised SAT Health AD and investor INVENIO PARTNERS
DGKV advised on the EUR 3 million investment by INVENIO PARTNERS FUND II SCSP (formerly, Empower Capital Fund II SCSP) in SAT Health AD – a Bulgarian company specialized in provision of pharma data and patient care solutions.
INVENIO PARTNERS FUND II SCSP is a venture capital fund with a focus on Southeast Europe. The investor has a key role in encouraging and helping companies with strong management teams to realize their full potential. The purpose of the investment is to expand the presence of SAT Health AD on the market with a view of becoming the largest telehealth provider in the region.
DGKV advised on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, due diligence, negotiations and execution. DGKV's team was led by Partner Georgi Tzvetkov and Senior Associate Vlada Tsenova.
