Ivelina Nikolova Becomes Schneider Electric's New General Manager for Bulgaria and the Balkans

Ivelina Nikolova has become Schneider Electric's new general manager for Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo, the company announced.

The appointment comes after Radoslav Koshkov - the company's previous general manager in the country - accepted the position of vice president of service business for Southeast Europe at the end of 2022.

Nikolova has over 20 years of experience in tech companies.  She holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia with a later specialization in Strategic Management at Columbia University Business School in New York, USA.

Nikolova is the first woman to head Schneider's operations in Bulgaria. After years of French management, the company's Smart Factory in Plovdiv is sustainably managed by local managers, confirming the Schneider Group's priority to empower local structures worldwide, the announcement said.
