Job offer - Middle Office Customer Care Officer - SAP Experienced (Soufflet Agro)

Group Soufflet is a French company with a big experience (more than 100 years) and a strong international presence. Our main sector is the Agriculture covering a large specter of activity such as production, transformation and trade of the main crops.
With more than 7500 employees in 23 countries, the turnover of the company for 2021 was 4,91 bilion euros.
Our company ownes 28 malting plants (in Europe, Asia and South America), 10 milling plants (in France and Belgium) making us worldwide leaders in the malt and flour production.Close to Bulgaria in Eastern Europe, the Group is present in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraina and Russia.
Till now, in Bulgaria, the Group was represented by Malteries Soufflet Bulgarie (expert in the malt production and operating two malting plant: one in Pleven and the other one in Haskovo).
From the beginning of 2017, a new division of the Group entered on the market: Soufflet Agro Bulgaria, with the aim to supply barley to Malteries Soufflet Bulgaria and to behave as an innovative and polyvalent agro-distributor for farmers.
With the aim to developp our business, we are currently looking for a Middle Office Customer Care Officer experienced in SAP ERP system.

Missions Description

  • Controls the receipt of documents by farms, signing by contractors and return to the office of “Soufflet Agro Bulgaria” Ltd;
  • Classifies all documents and ensures proper organization of the archive: contracts, customer orders, invoices, adjustment invoices, protocols, etc.
  • To execute an invoicing, enters information about the provision of discounts for customers in the SAP system,all correction invoice, draws up the relevant documents (calculation of adjustments), and registers tax invoices;  To be sure about present of original documents
  • Monitors and verifies the registration of tax liabilities or changes in tax liabilities
  • To monitor the payment and provide all necessary documents for accountancy to proceed bank transfer
  • Responds to customer requests and sales force team in a timely manner and provides all necessary information about logistics and document management;
  • Takes measures to speed up the exchange of documents with clients of the company
  • Prepares information reports on the work of the department, provides them in a timely manner to the management and the personnel department
  • Carries out other functions related to the nature of the position by prescription of the direct supervisor or other authorized person of the Company
  • Supports the company's positive image on the market;

Mandatory Skills

  • English
  • SAP experience (MM & SD Module mainly - 1 year minimum)
  • Positive person with a good team spirit

He is working in close cooperation with the Operations Manager, Logistic leaders, Collecte Manager, Regional Managers, the Sales Representative and Accountancy, Hot line.
