On October 3, we invite you to a special evening at AYA Estate Relais & Châteaux, dedicated to the wines of Maison M. Chapoutier and the richness of their terroirs.
Founded in 1808 and based in Tain-l’Hermitage, M. Chapoutier is one of France’s most established wine houses. Its name is closely associated with some of the most renowned appellations of the Rhône Valley, a longstanding commitment to biodynamic viticulture, and a consistent pursuit of expressing the character of the place from which each wine originates.
Our special guest for the evening will be Martin Champagne, European Manager of M. Chapoutier. Together with AYA Estate Head Sommelier Aleksandar Skorchev, he will present the selected wines and share the stories behind them, exploring the distinctive characteristics of each terroir and the thinking behind every pairing.
Guests will enjoy a specially curated five-course menu prepared by AYA Estate Head Chef Stefan Göke and thoughtfully paired with the selected wines. Each dish will complement the character of its respective wine, bringing together the cuisine of AYA Estate and the winemaking tradition of M. Chapoutier for a complete tasting experience.
