M3 College presents Working Successfully in Bulgaria is a practical program for foreign managers, expats, diplomats and international teams who want to better understand how to work, communicate and build trust in the Bulgarian business environment.
The program is particularly suitable for companies with international teams, French managers and professionals working with Bulgarian partners, institutions or local teams.
Participants will receive practical guidance on Bulgarian business culture, communication styles, leadership, business etiquette, teamwork and successful adaptation to the local professional environment.
The program is led by Veneta Pissarska-Behar - international business leader, strategic advisor and Director of M3 College, with over 25 years of experience in managing multicultural teams and business transformations across Europe.
The program can also be delivered in French.
Format: half-day program, suitable for corporate teams and individual participants.
