Together, we will discuss how the expectations of young professionals are changing, what actually works in practice, and how companies can transform internship programs into a genuine pipeline for developing future specialists and leaders.
Our special guest will be Hristina Ivanova – career consultant, coach and trainer with extensive experience in career development, talent acquisition and talent development. She will share insights gained through her work with employers, students and young professionals.
