With more than 10 years of experience on the European market, Premio Travel is a fast-growing touristic agency specialized in offering active excursions across the globe. Today we are giving you the chance to join our team in Sofia in the position of a Customer Support Specialist with French.
As part of our team you will be responsible for:
- Providing support in French by telephone, e-mail, and chat to our French customers
- Identifying clients’ problems and proposing solutions
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
- Working with a specialized reservations software
If you are:
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English or Bulgarian
- Good at working with MS Office
- Willing to communicate with end customers
- A team player
- Good at meeting deadlines
- Good at working under pressure
- Looking on the bright side
