The new class A office building in Sofia - Park Lane Office Center
We are excited to share that the new class A office building in Sofia - Park Lane Office Center received Use permit and is now officially operating. The modern office building with a total GBA of 34 900 sq. m. is located at one of the fastest developing areas in Sofia – Hladilnika.
Park Lane Office Center welcomes its first tenant – Allianz Bulgaria which occupy an area of 6,000 sq. m. and three floors at the building.
The mission of Park Lane Developments is to build offices that inspire and the new Office Center fully complies with it.
