TOPLOFIKATSIA SOFIA EAD announced a public procurement procedure “Design, including author's supervision and construction of a cogeneration unit in Sofia using RDF-fuel, including preparation, purchase/delivery/installation (commissioning) of the necessary equipment, facilities and furniture, as well as supervision of the unit's work during a 3 year period, including: correction of defects within the defects notification period, assistance in the operation and maintenance of the installation and training of personnel”.
