“Discover the taste of East Asia” with MasterChef Marianna Alexandrova and Floret Restaurant
She is brave, talented, and in love with Asian cuisine. She knows how to provoke an explosion of aromas and umami tastes. She managed to win one of the most difficult culinary formats and within 3 evenings she will be a guest chef at the Floret Restaurant of the InterContinental Sofia, where she will present her author's menu combined with Asian cocktails. She is Dr. Marianna Alexandrova – the big winner of MasterChef Bulgaria 2023 and awaits you:

Amuse bouche: Koji sea bass mosaic served with wasabi-avocado cream and pickled cucumber
Appetizer: Miso - bouillabaisse soup served with a poached sphere of shrimp
Main: Katsu pork tenderloin served with hand-made matcha noodles, yuzu emulsion, soy sauce reduction, and edamame
Dessert: Matcha tiramisu
