French Tech Sofia|: Join us on October 20 with speakers Yann Delplancq and Gergana Stancheva
On Tuesday, October 20, we're back at Puzl CowOrKing in Sofia, with two guests bringing very different experiences to the conversation.
Yann Delplancq - "The Power of Failure"
A former entrepreneur and executive who experienced burnout himself, Yann is now a psychologist and mental performance coach helping business leaders navigate pressure, uncertainty, and the challenges that aren't always visible from the outside.
I'm particularly interested in hearing his perspective on what happens when the determination that helped you build a business starts working against you.
Gergana Stancheva - "The Making of LAM’ON: Beyond the Green Pitch"
As co-founder and COO of LAM’ON, Gergana is helping turn ambitious sustainable innovation into a real manufacturing business.
Beyond the polished pitch, there's the reality of building a company, making difficult decisions, adapting, and finding a way forward.
I'm looking forward to hearing what that journey has really been like, including the challenges and lessons that rarely make it into a presentation.
Two very different journeys. Plenty of experiences worth sharing, and hopefully some honest conversations about what it really takes to build something.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to join you this time, but Alexis and François will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly. You're in good hands! 🙂
Join us on October 20!
