From Stand to Stand Out – Easy Exhibit Workshop Recap

On 27 January 2026, the CCI France Bulgarie hosted the From Stand to Stand Out seminar led by Easy Exhibit, with insights from Zdravka Kambourova and Othmane Boumzebra. The session addressed a common issue for growing firms: taking part in international trade shows without getting clear business results.

During the workshop, participants learned why trade shows are often misunderstood and how small mindset shifts can change outcomes.

The seminar focused on three key phases:

1. Choosing the right events and targets

2. Creating meaningful human connections at the stand,

3. Building long-term business relationships beyond the show.

Through real examples and hands-on exercises, attendees worked on defining their ideal visitor profile and clarifying a simple, strong one-line message for their team onsite.

The session highlighted common mistakes such as trying to sell too fast, focusing on oneself instead of visitors, and expecting instant results.

Instead, participants were encouraged to build trust, stay consistent across all touchpoints, and see trade shows as a long-term business channel rather than a one-off action.

The workshop gave companies concrete tools they can apply at their next exhibition to stand out and create real value.
