M3 College: Working in a Multicultural Environment? Do You Understand the Unwritten Rules of International Business?

M3 College presents The Art of Business Across Cultures – a practical executive programme for managers and teams working with international clients, partners and colleagues.
Led by Veneta Behar, who brings over 25 years of international business experience, including senior management roles, the programme develops four essential skills: understanding unwritten cultural codes, building trust, communicating effectively, and navigating challenging conversations and negotiations.
Flexible formats: a 90-minute executive briefing, an interactive workshop, a one-day training programme or individual executive sessions. The programme is tailored to each organisation’s needs and is available in English and Bulgarian.
