Seminar: Direct marketing in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation by Deloitte

The implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation raises a number of questions about the right approach to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. This undoubtedly presents challenges that require in-depth analysis and assessment in order to ensure compliance with national and European data protection legislation.
During the event, Deloitte Legal specialists will analyze the practical aspects of the most common hypotheses arising from marketing. Focus will be placed on specifics by looking at case studies related to the major issues surrounding direct marketing, including:
