DGKV advised the syndicate of three of Bulgaria’s largest banks - Unicredit Bulbank AD, DSK Bank AD and United Bulgarian Bank AD in relation to the financing of MAXCOM EOOD, Chipolino EOOD and MAXBIKE EOOD
DGKV is pleased to share that our Partner Georgi Tzvetkov and our Senior Associate Deyan Bogdanov advised the syndicate of three of Bulgaria’s largest banks - Unicredit Bulbank AD, DSK Bank AD and United Bulgarian Bank AD in relation to the financing of MAXCOM EOOD, Chipolino EOOD and MAXBIKE EOOD.
Other than its scale, the transaction is also notable with its complexity due to the various types of facilities extended under the Facilities Agreement and an unfunded participation stake of an international public financial institution.
The value of the deal is EUR 160 million.
