Mikov & Attorneys is founded by Konstantin Mikov, attorney-at-law registered with Sofia Bar, with more than 10 years’ experience in international and domestic law. The Law Office provides legal services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in business and tax law. The Law Firm is a pioneer in protecting the investments of its clients in financial sector, including in complex financial instruments (CFDs, Forex, futures warrant etc.).
The Law Office provides trans-border legal services under European law. Mikov & Attorneys also advices SMEs on every step of their investments in Bulgaria, starting from their local establishment, their merger and/or acquisition of operating businesses in Bulgaria, day-to-day business issues, closing business, etc. We provide legal advice and services in English, French and Bulgarian language. We maintain strong professional relationships with Law and Accounting Firms throughout Europe with a view to fully satisfy our clients’ needs.
We provide legal services in the areas of:
(i) General Corporate, Taxation, M&A
(ii) Real Estate and Construction
(iii) Energy and Environment
(iv) Legal Disputes
(v) Banking and Finance
(vi) Employment
(vii) Regulation and Administrative
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:
– Provision of full support to lawyers and senior management
– Technical preparation of the current cases of Law firm Mikov
– Overall organization and support on specific legal projects and assignments
– Making inquiries about court cases
– Coordination and execution of specific tasks of assigned projects
– Creating and updating various databases related to specific legal projects and assignments
– Overall organization and support of specific legal projects and assignments
– Making translations, documents sorting and admin
– Responsibility for storing of all kinds of details and information about the companies and the people that the lawyers work with
– Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
– Phone and email’s communication
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law Student – 3-5 year in Law University
- French and English (other foreign languages are advantage)
- Strong interest and passion for the legal industry
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Must be well organized, with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, anticipate change, and react efficiently and expeditiously
- Ability to work autonomously on assignments
- Willingness to master skills and legal know-how
- Time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-organization
- Very good computer literacy
- Ready for dynamic and challenging work
