Desislava Krusteva is head of the Technology & Data Protection Practice Group at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm (DPC). Desislava is a proven expert in the field of IT law and personal data protection, advising large multinational and domestic companies on complex information management and privacy issues. She has been the legal consultant in technological and cross-border projects from the very development of the business model to its successful launch and day-to-day operations.

Besides her clients’ work, Desislava has been largely involved in drafting numerous legislative acts on e-commerce, e-governance, e-healthcare, re-use of public sector information, e-documents and e-signatures, e-communications, etc.
