There are 3 months left until the deadline for preparation of the mandatory transfer pricing documentation. How to get ready?

Dear partners, 

If you have an interest in the topic of transfer pricing but missed registering for our event, you still have the opportunity to do so. The seminar on "Transfer pricing and current case law"has been moved to April 25 (Tuesday), from 10:00 to 13:00 h, at Hayat Hotel (Vasil Levski Square, Sofia).

Topics of discussion will be: 

- Transfer pricing ("TP") compliance

  • Deadlines for preparation of the documentation
  • Content of the TP documentation
  • Use of segmented profit level indicators in the analysis of related party transactions

- Use of global TP analysis to mitigate potential risks in Bulgaria
- Preparation of Benefit test for intercompany services
- Tax litigation

The seminar is suitable for:
