InterContinental Sofia: The Taste of Fashion - Italian Style in the Kitchen and on the Catwalk
On November 26 at InterContinental Sofia, you are invited to a special event dedicated to the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World - an evening where the art of fashion and the mastery of Italian gastronomy unite in style and flavor.
From 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, you can join a lecture by guest speaker Professor Maria Giuseppina Muzzarelli - a leading expert in the history of fashion, clothing, and social ethics from the University of Bologna.
At 7:30 pm, enjoy a special gala dinner with guest chef Luca Malacrida, who is coming from Rome to present an original menu inspired by iconic creations of world-renowned Italian designers. Chef Malacrida is an ambassador of Italian taste and cuisine around the world.

Starter - Mediterranean sardine – breaded and grilled, confit tomatoes, toasted bread, Taggiasca olives, lime and chili mayonnaise
Pasta - tortelli filled with pumpkin, Asiago cheese sauce, and crispy asparagus
Main Course - sea bass on mashed potatoes, buttered peas, and lemon fumé sauce
Dessert - chocolate cake with hazelnut ice cream, banana sauce, and forest fruit chutney
