Job Description
As Operator, orders & requests with French, you are part of the customer service team within BIC's shared service center in Sofia and are responsible for:
- Managing key orders accurately and on time following internal procedures and agreed service level targets
- Being first point of contact for BIC's B2B customers under scope via email and phone
- Handling cases and customer order claims, acknowledging and resolving complaints
- Processing and following up on customer inquiries related to your scope
- Monitoring performance and taking appropriate actions to achieve BIC business targets
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a Shared Services environment for a global company is required
- Advanced English and Advanced French
- Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus
- Excel knowledge is an advantage
- Customer service orientation and attention to details
- Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
