Zornitsa Family Estate - "Tour de France"
For the fourth year in a row, the festive mood grips the mansion a few weeks before Christmas. The reason for this is another edition of a premium event – the Tour de France dinner at aEstivum restaurant. On December 9, we will be happy to welcome connoisseurs to the best of French wine and gastronomic culture. We will present five wines from the most famous regions in France, specially selected by our sommelier Alexander Skorchev and perfectly combined with the dishes in the five-course menu of Chef Veselin Kalev.
The wines will be preserved as a special surprise for the participants in the dinner, and for the most impatient, here is the menu itself: artichoke with farfalle, aragula, parmigiano and mushrooms; Saint-Jacques with salad, beurre blanc and black caviar; tuna with pineapple, onions and lime; veal with potato, cognac and mustard; rice pudding with strawberries.
