US-based company Keller Williams (KW), the largest real estate franchise by agent count worldwide, is expanding its Southeast European network to Bulgaria. The first Keller Williams market center in the country will launch in Sofia. It will be led by Pascal Duffy, owner and managing director of the local real estate agency First Estates.

In a video message, Bill Soteroff, President of KW Worldwide, defined KW’s entering the Bulgarian market as a “monumental time”. He welcomed Pascal Duffy and the agents in the country. He has an in-depth understanding of the Bulgarian market thanks to his personal ties and background connected to Bulgaria.
