She managed to win one of the most difficult culinary formats and within 3 evenings she will be a guest chef at the Floret Restaurant of the InterContinental Sofia, where she will present her author's menu combined with Asian cocktails. Amuse bouche: Koji sea bass mosaic served with wasabi-avocado cream and pickled cucumber
Appetizer: Miso - bouillabaisse soup served with a poached sphere of shrimp
Main: Katsu pork tenderloin served with hand-made matcha noodles, yuzu emulsion, soy sauce reduction, and edamame
