Job offer - Campaign coordinator with French OR German /6 months project/ (BIC Services Sofia)

This year BIC opened its first Shared Service Center at Sofia and we are looking for an Campaign coordinator with French OR German for 6 months contract with potential to convert the role into permanent.
- High school degree (University education is desired)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a Shared Services environment
- Advanced English and Advanced level of either language: French/German/
- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation and attention to details
- Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
- Strong customer focus, high ethical standards
- Key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures and with agreed service level targets
- Management of complaint handling cases and appropriate follow through
- Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope
- Front-office for customer contact: telephone, e-mail, chat contact with customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Contact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat, …) as needed
- Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve Bic business targets
