Proxiad with 3 new companies in the group
"We are thrilled to announce that our group has recently acquired three companies with unique strengths and areas of expertise. This move demonstrates our commitment to growth and our ability to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
Starting with the acquisition of the French company k-ciopé. With a focus on UX, data science, web and mobile development, k-ciopé brings valuable skills to the Proxiad Group family. Their mission is to put digital, in all its dimensions, at the service of people. We look forward to working with a team of specialists dedicated to delivering customized and effective solutions to our customers.
Soon after, our group merged with another company – Hillstone. This 5-year-old start-up based in Paris and Lyon has 70 experts working on projects in cloud & DevOps, data transformation, and technology consulting. We are excited to have found a partner who shares our vision for growth and our values and is eager to collaborate and strengthen the group’s development.
The most recent acquisition was the one of EASYNEO – a company which is a leader in the Data & Business Intelligence industry. It brings a wealth of knowledge and high-quality services to our organization. This acquisition will significantly enhance Proxiad’s offerings in the field of data analytics and further solidify our position as a leader in the industry, providing even more comprehensive offerings to our customers.
